About the project

The Smarketers are an award-winning B2B marketing agency with a powerful methodology, but their brand didn't look as smart as their strategy. They approached me with a challenge: to rebrand their entire visual identity. My goal was to close the gap between their expert services and the generic first impression their brand was making, transforming them into a confident, industry-leading voice.

Mission

To deliver full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and create powerful alignment between sales and marketing for B2B enterprises worldwide.

Vision

To become the most trusted and result-oriented B2B marketing partner, empowering businesses to scale sustainably with intelligent, insight-driven marketing.

Solution

The solution was a complete visual rebrand that positions The Smarketers as the confident, intelligent experts they truly are. We developed a new, strategic identity system—from the logo to the color palette and typography—that moves them out of the generic "sea of blue" and establishes a unique, trustworthy, and revenue-focused brand presence.

Research

My process began with a deep-dive competitive analysis which revealed a "sea of sameness" in the B2B space, with most competitors using predictable blue color palettes and cold, "techy" fonts. My audit of the old Smarketers brand identified four key flaws: the logo was generic, the typography lacked clarity, the colors had scalability issues, and there was no brand consistency. This research provided a clear opportunity to create an identity that was not only professional but also authentically different.

Concept & Sketching

My initial concepts focused on one core idea: "alignment." How could we visually represent the fusion of Sales and Marketing in a way that felt intelligent, not obvious? My sketches explored clean, sharp letterforms and the clever connections within the wordmark itself, as well as abstract marks that could symbolize growth and ROI in a sophisticated way.

Final Logo

The final logo system is built on a smart, meaningful brandmark. The solid circle represents the comprehensive, full-funnel approach The Smarketers take. Inside, the "S" is a clear nod to their name, while the upward arrow element extending from it powerfully symbolizes the brand's core promise: upward growth, positive ROI, and high-value outcomes for their clients. The clean, rounded "Chillax" typeface makes the brand feel modern and approachable, perfectly balancing professionalism with a human touch.
